About this course
This course provides a comprehensive introduction to the IOTA framework for evaluating adnexal masses. Covers core concepts such as expert pattern recognition and standardized terminology; then progresses through the full model suite: simple rules, ADNEX, two-step approach, and O-RADS. Also includes endometrioma detection and an introduction to AI-assisted assessment via Gynaia. Reinforced with a video quiz and case discussion for practical, clinical application.
Course Goal: To equip clinicians with the knowledge and practical skills to confidently assess adnexal masses using the IOTA framework; From pattern recognition and standardised terminology through the simple rules, ADNEX, two-step approach, and O-RADS, to practical clinical application via quizzes, case discussions.
Suitable for: This course is aimed at gynecologists, radiologists, and sonographers who perform or interpret pelvic ultrasound, as well as trainees and clinicians looking to build or consolidate their skills in the structured assessment of adnexal masses.
